Upon registration, you will receive a personal delivery address in a tax-free state in the United States. Use it as your shipping address when buying from US online stores.

Choose an online store in the USA and feel free to shop using the shipping address we provided. You should avoid parcels delivering to our US warehouse by USPS if possible,and choose other delivery services, since the service does not fit within the stated delivery times and periodically loses parcels.

You will receive confirmation of the order shipment from the online store and the tracking number of the parcel to your email within one or two days. ALWAYS register the parcel in the new parcel section in your personal profile on the site. This is necessary for the correct customs clearance of the parcel for import into Ukraine, and also so that we can make sure that your parcels do not exceed the customs limit (EUR 150).

We receive the parcel at our warehouse in the USA and send you a notification via email. Then you can track its current status in your profile on the site.

We ship parcels from the USA to Ukraine several times a week. Parcels are delivered within 4 to 9 working days from the date of dispatch from the United States.

You can pick up the parcel at our office in Kyiv as soon as we receive it. Our office is located in a convenient place not far from the subway station. For your convenience, there is a parking lot in front of the office.

Attention! If you have chosen Nova Poshta delivery, the parcel cannot be picked up at the office.
